Once you schedule an appointment with our office, we will text you a link so that you can fill out your new patient paperwork before arriving for your initial visit. Not only does this cut down on the amount of time you’ll spend in our waiting area, but it also makes it more enjoyable, as you can complete these forms when it’s convenient for you.
Dental Insurance
Root canal treatment and other similar procedures can be costly, especially if you think your only option is paying out of pocket.
